About the art: The Baby Deer illustration is adapted from the painting of the Grimm’s Fairy Tale “Brother and Sister” by John B. Gruelle c. 1914. Johnny Gruelle later went on to be famous for his illustrated books of Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy.
